The Clock is Ticking

Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock.

Do you hear that?  That’s the sound of time moving forward steadily.  Each tick, each tock, of the clock is a moment that’s precious and unrecoverable.  How do you spend those fleeting moments?

Do you lube a road wheel, check a tire’s pressure, tighten a loose radio connection or scrub the corrosion off a hard-driven vehicle?

Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock.

Do you spend your time wisely by doing PM?  Or do you put off maintenance now in hopes there will be time to do it tomorrow?   But we all know tomorrow never comes.  It’s always today and maintenance can always be put off.   Right?

The day is here when your life or the life of another depends on how much time you spend maintaining your equipment.  Is your equipment ready to make sure you and others survive?

Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock.

It’s January and you are looking forward to a new year’s worth of time.  How much of it will you spend doing maintenance?  There are big rewards to be had from using time to perform PM and big dangers ahead if you don’t.
